Farmer's Market and Pizza Night

Come to Camp St. Croix and enjoy a night on the farm! This event will take place at our North Entrance (DayCroix, Farm Entrance). 

• Farmers Market with local bendors.
• Join us for build your own pizza on the farm! Bring your own picnic utensils and prepare to eat a wood-fired pizza right on the farm with your family and friends. 

This is an interactive pizza night - if you have been to pizza on a farm before, this might be different than you are expecting. You will purchase a pizza starter kit (box, sauce, veggies) from the Farm Store, and then we'll guide you through the process purchasing all your pizza ingredients from local farmers!

Once all your ingredients are collected, you will come to the barn and assemble the pizza yourself before bringing it to the wood fired oven where the Farm Staff will cook it for you! Through this interactive experience, you will meet the farmers who grew it, and you'll notice that the flavor of these local ingredients is truly outstanding.

Prepare for this experience to take time, especially the baking, so enjoy our gardens, or take a wagon ride around camp pulled by our vintage Farmall C. You'll also have the option to "take and bake" if need be, or eat one pizza on the farm and bring a second home! 

Prices (all pizzas are 12") 

• One pizza: $25
• Two pizzas: $35
• Three pizzas: $40

With local vendors, fresh toppings, that change with the seasons, and some creativity from you, the menu options can be as basic or creative as you'd like.
