Jennifer A. O'Neill, CELA, is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, as accredited by the American Bar Association.
Jennifer is an attorney and owner of O'Neill Elder Law, LLC in Hudson, Wisconsin. Her practice focuses on elder law, estate planning, trust administration and probate. Jennifer is a frequent public speaker on topics including estate planning, long term care planning and special needs trusts. Jennifer is a ...graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison (B.A. 1986) and William Mitchell College of Law (J.D. cum laude, 1994). She currently serves as Chair of the River Falls Area Hospital Foundation and as a member of the Board of Advisors of the River Falls Area Hospital. She also serves the State Bar of Wisconsin - Elder Law Section as Past Chair and serves on the board for the Wisconsin chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Jennifer is licensed to practice law in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.
