Come and hear Charles tell us about his 25 years’ experiences as an Executive Pastry Chef and his passion for baking. Hear about his journey and how he found his way back to the Midwest and his own renovated bakery in historic downtown. After his presentation we will be able to sample some of his delectable desserts.
