Description
This class is intended to familiarize one with grief and loss; and the realities, common experiences, and myths associated with grief will be explored. The specific nuances of grief during family gatherings and other life events will be discussed, and there will be opportunities to share personal experiences. This class will provide tools and practical suggestions for coping with grief, especially during the holiday.
