This class is part demonstration as well as participation.

1. Thai chicken satay in a bite size with peanut sauce

2. "Krathong Tong": Stir-fried ground turkey with Thai yellow curry spice served with chips 

3. Stir-fried spicy green bean with oyster sauce and sesame seed
