Adults with special needs are an untapped workforce for many employers. How to reach potential employees with special needs and then provide the proper support structures in the workplace can be an intimidating process.
This workshop will feature a panel of speakers from Bridge for Community Life, ESR, Plantables, and ProAct who will share success stories and provide guidance on how you can help address your workforce shortages by attracting and retaining workers with special needs.
