Farm WorkShop: Raspberry Jam

Description

Come to the Farm at Camp St. Croix and enjoy the day by making delicious raspberry freezer jam! During this sweet and sticky, hands-on morning participants will have the opportunity to learn the whole jam-making process, from harvesting all the way to filling jars. A freshly made, half-pint jar of raspberry jam will go home with each participant—a taste of summer saved in a jar! All supplies will be provided and no experience necessary. Families are welcome, and each family can make two jars of jam to take home.
