Description
Brave Tween Labs is designed to be a space where girls can show up as they are, feel comfortable being themselves, and grow along the way. Through a mix of conversation, creativity, mindfulness, and hands-on experiences, participants explore topics like friendships, confidence, and gratitude in a way that feels natural and relatable.
? Who: Brave Tween Labs are for girls going into 7th grade and 8th grade in the fall of 2026.
? Group Structure: Group size will be from 8-12 participants. Due to the nature of the labs/workshop these are closed groups once filled.
