As Director\, she oversees planning\, land use\, recycling\, and environmental education amongst several other things. During her career with St. Croix County\, Ellen has accomplished numerous things like creating County\, Town and Village comprehensive plans and Land Use Ordinances. Ellen and her husband Jim MacSwain have four children and have lived in Hudson for 30 years. \n\nEllen will share highlights about recent improvements in facilities and services at Glen Hills\, Homestead Parklands\, St. Croix River Crossing Loop Trail and Orf Overlook\, and additional development at Glen Hills and the Master Plan for the newest County park Eckert Blufflands. \n\nIntroduce and promote your business at this event.
