CROIX FALLS\, WI Get to know the national park in your backyard without leaving your dining room table with the "Lunch and Learn" webinar series from the St. Croix River Association!\n\n \n\nRooted in the popular Riverway Speaker Series\, "Lunch and Learn" brings experts to the public to share important conservation messages and enrich understanding of the natural resources\, cultural values\, and recreational opportunities that make the Riverway special. Each free presentation fits perfectly into an hour-long lunch break from 12:00-1:00 PM. Upcoming series events include:\n\n \n\n\n\n"Lunch and Learn: Indigenous Food Lab" (Wednesday\, March 17)\n\nLearn about experiences with Indigenous Foods of the Americas\, a conversation about food and culture\, and the work being done by the North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems (N TIFS) from presenter Armando Medinaceli\, PhD\, Indigenous Education Director at N TIFS. Founded by James Beard award winners The Sioux Chef\, N TIFS is dedicated to addressing the economic and health crises affecting Native communities by re-establishing Native foodways.
