DESCRIPTION:Join us for Leadership Hudson - Speaker Series!  This event is the second of a four part series\, featuring accomplished leaders in the Hudson area.\n\n\n\nThis series gives you a preview of what you can experience as part of the Leadership Hudson program. A new cohort will begin in September 2022.  If you are interested in participating in the next class\, this will give you an idea of what you can expect.  If you are an alumni of the program this is an opportunity to reconnect with your classmates and other participants.   \n\n\n\nThe March 2\, 2022 program (Zoom) will feature the following speaker:\n\n	Ben Bomar\, President\, Lithyus Group\n\nBen will speak about the "Great Resignation" trend and educate listeners about what is happening and why it's happening. More importantly\, Ben will provide specific recommendations on how proactive leaders can improve their teams and businesses as they respond to the Great Resignation.\n\n\n\nBen is the President of Lithyus Group\, a Minneapolis-based consulting firm. He has over 20 years of experience leading Sales\, Operations\, and Supply Chain functions for Fortune 500 companies in the US and Germany. Ben founded Lithyus Group to help clients understand and mitigate the risk of business disruption due to employee transitions. Resignations\, retirements\, and even internal promotions can be challenging as key employees often take their institutional knowledge   the unique combination of skills\, passions\, and experiences that have made them successful   with them.\n\n\n\n\n\n Ben Bomar\, President\, Lithyus Group\n\n\n\nMembers can participate in the full series of four programs or select just the individual sessions that interest them.
