You will not be allowed entry into the homes without a ticket. No exceptions. \n\n\n\nIs transportation provided?\n\nTransportation is included for the Traditional Tour on Saturday and Sunday. There is NO transportation for the Dazzle Tour.\n\n \n\nWhere do I park and catch the shuttle for the Traditional Tour?\n\nParking and main shuttle pick up is at the Hudson House Grand Hotel (1616 Crest View Drive). Overflow parking is available at Pizza Hut next door. You may also catch the shuttle downtown at either of the stops listed on your ticket.\n\n \n\nHow often do shuttle buses run for the Traditional Tour?\n\nShuttles run approximately 15 minutes apart.\n\n \n\nAre there restrooms available on the Tour?\n\nNew for 2016\, the Octagon House Museum now has restroom facilities that can be used by tour goers (1004 Third Street). Additional facilities can be found at Bethel Lutheran Church (920 Third St.)\, SEASONS on St. Croix Gallery (401 Second Street)\, the Chamber office (502 Second Street)\, and the Hudson House Grand Hotel (1616 Crest View Drive). \n\n\n\nCan I drive myself?\n\nAbsolutely! A map is provided with each ticket and lists the home addresses as well. If you drive yourself\, please park only in designated parking areas (parking in a NO Parking area will get your vehicle towed at your expense). \n\n \n\nWhat happens if there is inclement weather? Can I get a refund?\n\nThe tour is held rain\, snow or shine. (We've put in an order for shine!) Please dress appropriately for the weather as you may experience some wait times outdoors. There are no refunds for tickets purchased.\n\n \n\nWhat if I don't make it to all the homes during the Traditional Tour or Dazzle Tour?\n\nWe design the tour route and shuttle service to provide you with the best opportunity to see all the homes in one visit. Each ticket purchased before November 11 is entered into the door prize drawing. A list of participating businesses is printed on your ticket. Look for the purple bow as well that identifies participating businesses. Each home has a larger grand prize as well.
